How it works
- Call or request a free quote. John comes out, looks at your current system and measures what your home needs.
- Straight options. Usually a budget choice and a higher-efficiency choice, with the real difference in cost and running cost explained. If your old unit can be repaired for a fair price, he'll tell you.
- Clean install, often in a single day, with the old equipment hauled away.
- Rebate paperwork: model numbers and receipts ready for your utility rebate.

How can your prices be lower than the big companies?
Big HVAC companies pay for sales teams, commissions, call centers and advertising. Greenley is owner-run: John quotes and installs the job himself, so you're not paying for that overhead.
Is cheaper equipment worse?
Not necessarily. Many budget-friendly brands are reliable workhorses. The biggest factor in how long a system lasts is proper sizing and installation, and that's what John focuses on.
Do you charge for a replacement quote?
No. Replacement quotes are free, and there's no pressure to buy.
Can I still get a tax credit?
The federal 25C tax credit ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025. Utility rebates are still available. See the rebates page.
